Have you ever found yourself stuck in a loop of unhelpful behaviors? DBT skills equip you with the tools necessary to create a more balanced and fulfilling life. 

In this closed 8 week course, we will learn and practice DBT skills in a creative, intimate, and interactive group setting. We will read through a guided workbook, engage in art based activities, and learn from top contributors in the field. Max attendees is six people and participation in every week is highly encouraged.  In this unique group experience, you will not only learn how to approach your life from a more mindful place, you will also have the opportunity to walk alongside others on a similar journey.
